TVS on Dhaka Bike Show Event 2019

TVS Automobile is one of the highest valued two-wheeler brands across the world. In Bangladesh the presence of this bike is huge throughout the country. Like every year TVS has attended 5th Dhaka Bike show with its latest bikes and offers and their presence in the whole along with the whole event was organized by the fastest growing and innovative advertising agency of Bangladesh ‘Crazy Turtle Advertising’. This agency has done the event management for TVS for the 2nd time in a row. The presence in the bike show was outstanding and connected more than 50,000 audience in three days. From test ride to stall management, every part had a spectacular touch of brand value and class.

TVS has recently launched TVS rtr 160 4V in Bangladesh and this is the first time they are appearing on a public event of mass scale where people from all over the country comes and seek the best latest bike that is available in the country, so the challenge was high, the marketing agency not only had to manage the stalls and engage customer with information and display but also allow people to ride the bike and have a real taste of the muscular gigantic riding experience.

The agency had designed and decorated the stall in such way that the main bike gets the highest priority and attention and same time the other bikes also has a connection with the audience. Our brand promoters not only talked to the customers directly and informed them about the bike features and price but also the contact information of about 3,000 audience who had a direct engagement with the brand promoters. Apart from that we arranged a lottery with coupon and gave a free helmet every day to the audience who had participated in it. This not only increased the customer engagement with the brand but also provided more than 15,000 people’s demographic and contact information which will be later used in promotional activities.

On the spot we went live 5 times a day on facebook and youtube where about 200,000 users had a direct online engagement with the brand and encouraged the audience to physically visit the most happening event in the country. We went live with the customer experience of Test ride zone where people could share their test ride experience with the whole country.

In the test ride section, the arrangements were pretty festive and stood out in the crowd. The DJ played highly seductive and amazing music that gives a rider a racing experience in the test ride track. The brand promoters were holding riding flags the divider of the test track, the lane, the starting and the finishing point gave every rider an experience of a lifetime as they are riding on a professional racing track. To ensure the safety of the rider the riding vest were given to every person who came for a test ride and the medical team were always present and ready for any unwanted incident.
